MR SULAIMAN ABDUL-RAHMAN is a Professional Accountant with over 25 years post qualification experience.

He holds Higher National Diploma in Accounting and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992.

Sulaiman is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is also a member of Project Management Institute of Nigeria.

His work career started with Balogun Badejo & Co, as an Audit Supervisor; NICON Insurance Corporation, as Zonal Auditor; Oando Downstream, as Divisional Finance & Admin Manager, Oiltest Services Limited (Midstream), as Finance Manager; Aveon Offshore Limited(Midstream), as Chief Finance Officer; The Chair Centre Limited, as Group Chief Finance Officer and Lehman Professional Services as Principal Consultant.

He is the Executive Chairman of Giosam Services & Supply Limited.
